Maintain
My goal for the past week was not to continue to lose (since I was too busy to exercise) but to maintain. I don’t want to speak too soon since the weigh in is tomorrow, but I think I did just that. Also, I had another small milestone - not looking at the scale every morning. A few days I would look at the scale and see a sudden jump, so freak out, and then the next day it was where it was supposed to be. So now it is about… every other day.
I only have 9 weeks until September (scary, isn’t it?) and so I need to kick it into gear. So tonight… IM about to go for a walk. Talk to you later!
