I decided I needed a mic boom arm for my podcast and found several like THIS ONE that started at about $70.
Ouch.
So, after doing some research on the web, I went to Staples and bought a $9 architecture lamp, made some easy modifications and made one myself. Here is the result, and I couldn’t be more happy with it.
Wow can’t believe I didn’t think of just using a lamp! This is perfect, thanks for the idea!
