It’s Monnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnday!
Ah, here it is, the Monday before Turkey day, in all of its profound glory.
Yeah right.
This week is going to be looooooong and boring. I can only hope that most of our customers are taking the whole week off so they won’t be calling up complaining. Unfortunately, the holiday season is generally bad in this industry, since people are receiving fancy new digital cameras they don’t know how to use, so they end up trying to send 100 megabyte files to all their friends and family. Then the minute they get “mail undeliverable” - my phone rings.
“Im sorry, sir, you cant send anything over 20 megabytes in one file. No, I don’t know your camera. No, I don’t know your camera settings. No, i dont know how you can tell how big something is by just looking at the camera. Now, im sorry Im not familiar with your camera, you’d have to call them. I realize we provide your email, but the email isn’t having any problems, its the pictures you are trying to send, they are too big. No sir, I don’t know how to operate your camera…”
