Digging My Way Out
Its been an interesting few days on the poker front. After making the top 60 at Wil Wheaton’s Friday tournament, I have played a few times over the weekend, and have gone up and down. On Sunday I managed to take my $50 buy-in up to $80 (Wi’s buy-in was $11, so its like I started at around $39) and then I switched tables and fell all the way to $13. ouch.
I built up a little steam and got to over $50 again, and then left last night at $26. grrrrr.
I just finished for the night (too many other things to do) and ended up at $75. w00t! I think my game is slowly getting better. I watched my flop average and my pots won at showdown carefully.
During current Hold’em session you were dealt 106 hands and saw flop:
- a total of 50 out of 106 (47%)
Pots won at showdown - 9 of 21 (42%)
Pots won without showdown - 16
So it is below 50%, but I would like it to be unde 30% if that is possible. The thing about flop percentages going down is, the pots won at showdown usally goes up in relation to it.
Anyway, I think thats all the poker for me tonight, most of the table I was on for the last hour and a half just left after I pulled out a Ace-High flush.
